1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EazyCom QMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Enterprise Software License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, EazyCom grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the platform for internal business operations. You may not sell, resell, rent, or lease the software to third parties.

3. User Responsibilities & Compliance

While EazyCom QMS is designed to support ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820 / Part 11 requirements, the ultimate responsibility for regulatory compliance rests with your organization.

• You are responsible for safeguarding passwords and ensuring electronic signatures are legally binding in your jurisdiction.
• You must not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data inputted into the Master Data, Quality Events, and Document modules.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of EazyCom QMS and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the relevant local and international jurisdictions.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EazyCom QMS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
